On 25th June,2020, we were ready to celebrate my brother’s 22^nd birthday .He wished it to be an exciting one as Unlock 1.0 was already announced but rather it was a dull start. I was lazy, rather than being excited for his birthday, because I knew nothing could be done due to water scarcity in our building.

He went out to meet his friends to get a small dose of happiness and came back with a molten chocolate cake after 2 hours 😍🤤After eating the cake, I decided to surprise him with a delicious dinner. So my mom and I started the preparation for MEXICAN RICE AND CHEESY GRAVY WITH FRIES AND STIR FRIED VEGETABLES. Indeed it is a big name for a single dish!!!!!!! and so was its preparation😂

We started the preparation at 1:30pm after having our lunch and finally made the dish along with some chocolatyyyyyyy brownies🤤.

After completing our dinner and the cleaning, my brother smiled at me 😭and said ,”Thank you for making my birthday a special one”.It was the first time ever I made my brother’s birthday special. So indeed it was a special one😎!!!
